VoltWorth FAQ

Questions about plans, access, and product availability.

This FAQ reflects the approved pre-launch Scanner product contract. Paid subscriptions and billing remain disabled until product readiness, licensing, launch policies, and production activation are separately approved.

What Scanner plans are in the approved pre-launch product contract?

VoltWorth Alpha Scanner is set at $24.99 per month or $249 per year. VoltWorth Alpha Scanner Pro is set at $49.99 per month or $499 per year. These are approved product-contract terms, but paid billing is not active.

What is the difference between Scanner and Scanner Pro?

Both plans retain the core Ticker Scanner, KLine charting, Technical Grade, Outlook, projections, Trade Setup, research context, holdings, and web access. Pro adds Big Upside Scanner, expanded performance/history features, substantially higher AI usage, priority support, and selected early-access features.

What trial is in the approved pre-launch product contract?

A 7-day no-credit-card web trial is approved. The trial exposes Pro-like web features, includes up to 5 AI-enhanced analyses, and does not include the Windows edition.

Will annual plans cost less than paying monthly?

Yes under the approved pre-launch contract. The $249 Scanner annual price and $499 Scanner Pro annual price are each approximately 17% less than paying the corresponding monthly price for twelve months.

Will VoltWorth Alpha Scanner work in a web browser?

That remains the primary planned commercial delivery model. Subscribers would authenticate, have their entitlement checked, and launch the hosted Scanner dashboard.

Which Scanner plan is intended to include the Windows edition?

The approved pre-launch product contract reserves future Windows subscriber edition eligibility for Scanner Pro. Standard Scanner and trial accounts do not include the Windows edition initially. The Windows edition itself remains pre-launch.

Why is AI usage limited?

AI enhancement has a variable operating cost and should remain a controlled entitlement. The approved limits are 25 enhanced analyses per month for Scanner and 100 per month for Scanner Pro rather than advertising unlimited usage.

Does the Scanner execute trades?

No. VoltWorth Alpha Scanner is positioned as a market-intelligence and research product and does not execute trades from the dashboard.

Are VoltWorth Alpha Trader or VoltWorth Options Alpha Trader included in Scanner Pro?

No. They remain separate coming-soon products. Their pricing and customer availability will be decided only after their automated trading systems complete the required validation and commercial-readiness reviews.

What is VoltWorth Complete?

VoltWorth Complete remains the future bundle concept for users who eventually want Scanner plus VoltWorth Alpha Trader and VoltWorth Options Alpha Trader after those products become commercially available.

Are these prices final?

The Scanner and Scanner Pro prices shown here are the approved pre-launch product contract. Paid billing is still disabled. Any future pricing change would require an explicit contract revision before launch.

How will paid subscriptions renew if billing is later activated?

The selected monthly or annual Scanner subscription is planned to recur at that billing interval until canceled. Paid billing is not active today, and final Checkout disclosures will be reviewed before activation.

How will cancellation work?

The selected launch path is the Stripe Customer Portal. Under the validated initial policy, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period and access continues through that period while cancellation is pending. Self-service plan and quantity changes are disabled at initial launch.

What is the refund policy?

If paid subscriptions are activated, an initial paid subscription charge or a monthly/annual renewal charge is eligible for a full refund when requested within 3 calendar days of that charge. After 3 calendar days, charges are non-refundable and there are no prorated refunds or credits for unused time after cancellation, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges receive a full refund; verified unauthorized charges are refunded or reversed as appropriate. VoltWorth may approve exceptional refunds case-by-case. Refund requests use support@voltworthfinance.com. Paid billing remains disabled during the current pre-launch phase.

Where will billing-support questions go?

Billing-support questions will use support@voltworthfinance.com once paid subscriptions are activated.

What is publicly available before paid subscriptions go live?

Public account registration, email verification, sign-in, password recovery, account/trial status, support, and policy pages may operate without paid billing. Paid subscriptions and payment collection remain disabled. Scanner functionality that depends on third-party market data, charts, news, earnings, insider data, or similar licensed content remains unavailable until VoltWorth confirms the applicable public display and redistribution rights.
