1. Public website
The current public VoltWorth Finance website is a static informational site. It does not currently provide public user accounts, a paid consulting checkout, a personal financial-data intake form, behavioral advertising, or an OAuth sign-in flow. VoltWorth Finance does not intentionally place analytics or advertising cookies through this site in its current version.
If a future financial-help form, scheduling system, payment function, newsletter, analytics service, or other data-collection feature is activated, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that feature is used to collect applicable personal information.
2. Contact by email
If you contact VoltWorth Finance by email, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, brokerage or bank credentials, payment-card data, OAuth tokens, or other highly sensitive credentials by email.
3. VoltWorth Finance Publishing Automation
VoltWorth Finance Publishing Automation (the “Client”) is a separate private/internal publishing tool operated for VoltWorth Finance's own YouTube publishing workflow. It is not offered to the general public and does not provide public registration or public user accounts.
4. Use of YouTube API Services
The Client uses YouTube API Services. Its disclosed functions include uploading authorized VoltWorth Finance video content and performing limited read-only checks needed to verify channel identity, video and upload information, processing state, privacy state, availability, and publication status.
Use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Google/YouTube information the Client may access
- information identifying the authorized YouTube channel and relevant upload collection or playlist information;
- video identifiers and publishing metadata associated with videos handled by the workflow;
- upload, processing, privacy, availability, and publication-status information;
- other limited YouTube API Data returned by requests necessary to verify an authorized publishing operation; and
- OAuth authorization credentials required for the private Client to make authorized requests. Those credentials are not displayed on this public website.
The Client does not request or store the user's Google or YouTube account password.
6. How YouTube API information is used
Information obtained through YouTube API Services is used only for the disclosed publishing workflow: publishing authorized VoltWorth Finance content, verifying publishing results, maintaining limited operational/audit records, troubleshooting, and protecting against unintended duplicate or unauthorized publishing actions.
The Client does not use Google/YouTube API Data to build advertising profiles, sell data, operate a data marketplace, or provide unrelated third-party services.
7. Storage and retention
Limited operational records may be retained when needed to verify publishing results and maintain internal audit records. These records may include YouTube resource identifiers, timestamps, publishing or processing states, and workflow results. API Data is retained, refreshed, or deleted consistent with applicable YouTube API Services policies and the purpose for which authorization was granted.
8. Sharing and disclosure
VoltWorth Finance does not sell Google/YouTube API Data. The Client communicates with Google/YouTube as necessary to perform authorized API requests. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of VoltWorth Finance or its systems.
9. Revoking Google/YouTube authorization
The authorized Google Account owner can revoke the Client's access at any time:
- Open the Google Account page for third-party connections.
- Sign in to the Google Account that granted authorization, if necessary.
- Locate VoltWorth Finance Publishing Automation or the associated authorized application.
- Select the connection and choose the option to remove or revoke access.
Revoking authorization prevents the Client from continuing to make authorized YouTube API requests using that authorization. After authorization is revoked through the Client's applicable revocation process or through Google's security permissions page, VoltWorth Finance will delete applicable YouTube API Data and Authorized Data that was accessed or stored pursuant to that consent as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days.
10. Data-deletion requests
The authorized Google Account owner or other authorized operator may request deletion of applicable stored Google/YouTube API Data at any time by emailing voltworthfinance@proton.me. Data subject to a valid deletion request will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days, consistent with applicable YouTube API Services policies and legal obligations.
11. Security
VoltWorth Finance uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect authorization credentials and internal operational records. Sensitive credentials and private implementation details are not intentionally published on this website.
12. Future consulting and financial-help data
No public financial-help intake form is active in this version of the site. Before a future consultation intake or payment feature goes live, VoltWorth Finance will define the data collected, purpose of collection, retention practices, service providers, security controls, and applicable consumer choices in an updated policy.
13. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the website, Client, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
