Recurring billing, cancellation, and support are defined before Checkout is enabled.

Paid billing is not active today. If and when paid Scanner subscriptions are separately activated, the selected monthly or annual subscription will renew on its billing interval until canceled. Customers will manage cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal. Under the validated launch policy, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues through that period while cancellation is pending. Self-service plan and quantity changes are disabled at initial launch.

Billing-support and refund requests will use support@voltworthfinance.com. Under the approved business refund policy, an initial paid subscription charge or a monthly/annual renewal charge is eligible for a full refund when requested within 3 calendar days of that charge. After the 3-day window, charges are non-refundable and cancellations do not receive prorated refunds or credits for unused time, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges receive a full refund; verified unauthorized charges are refunded or reversed as appropriate without limiting applicable dispute rights. VoltWorth may approve exceptional refunds case-by-case.
